MY SERVICES AND CHARGES

I offer an initial, free 20-minute phone consultation, where I explain more about my service and how I can help you and you can check that I am the right therapist for you.

Subsequent paid counselling sessions  can either be held in person, face-to-face, at  my home or in nearby offices. Alternatively, if you live outside commutable distance or online therapy suits your personal circumstances better, I am able to offer (remote) on-line therapy by Zoom or other secure online therapy-specific platforms. If you choose the latter method you will need to use a confidential, private space where you will be undisturbed for the 50-minutes of therapy and you will need a stable internet service and suitable equipment (generally laptop, ipad or tablet rather than phone). You may also want to use earphones.
 
I offer a reduced cost  for the initial session where I carry out some baseline assessments and gather more information about you and your goals for counselling

1st Session  £40
Thereafter  £50 per face-to-face or online session

Payment should be made by bank transfer, 24-hours in advance of the session. With prior agreement, cash payment on the day may be made for face-to-face sessions.
 
Full-time students, counselling trainees and low-income clients may be offered a discounted rate of £45 per session.



Having trained with a children's charity I am able to provide counselling services to young people aged 13+ as well as adults.
